Remote sessions - The Sports Nutrition Coach

Changing times has meant demand for remote nutrition consulting and personal training is higher than ever and I can now offer more availability, including evenings and weekends.

The process begins with a health assessment. This is a detailed form which you complete in advance of our session and covers key areas of health such as blood sugar control, digestion and food sensitivity, stress, immune system function, detoxification and inflammation. You can also let me know your goals, training schedule, current diet and food preferences. This provides me with much of the information I need to design the plan.

The next step is to schedule a video call to discuss the details of the health assessment form. At this point you can give me a more complete picture of what you’re working on. I’ll listen carefully to what you’re saying about your body, your wellbeing and what feels right for you, and then design the plan accordingly. This is a truly tailored experience.

Remote nutrition consulting

Initial assessment and consultation = £95

Follow up appointment = £60

Book a block of 6 sessions (£395) and receive the 7th session free

Remote personal training

Pay as you go: £65 per session

Block bookings of 6 sessions are £62.50 per session = £375

Block bookings of 12 sessions are £60 per session = £720

Online training plan

I also design online training plans if finding the time to meet is difficult. An online training plan is £70 for a 12 week periodised plan with email support as needed.

Nourishly app

When purchasing either a block of nutrition or personal training sessions, we can connect on the app Nourishly. You can find it here https://www.nourishly.eu/. It’s an excellent platform for tracking meals, exercise, fluid intake, thoughts, feelings and more. By connecting with me on the app, I’ll be able to monitor you closely with daily check-ins. Accountability and support with sticking to a new plan is an important part of the process. When we have someone cheering us on and helping us if we wobble off track, we ultimately have greater success.
