1 hour face to face consultation at my studio or at your home/ office. Prior to your consultation I will email you an assessment form where you can tell me about your goals, food preferences, training schedule and any special dietary requirements you have.
During the initial assessment we will discuss in detail, the information in your assessment form and take body measurements including; body weight, body fat percentage (with metal calipers) and tape measurements.
I will then explain the plan I will design for you and answer any questions you have. Following the session, I’ll email the completed plan including meal planner, recipes, food diary and body measurements.
