But, what is the best way to burn fat?

Since 95% of dieters fail to maintain their weight loss within a five year period, lifestyle management is the key to long term weight management. Research has shown that a combination of diet and activity is more likey to result in long term success than diet or exercise alone. The objectives of  a healthy diet and exercise programme are to:
  • achieve a modest negative (calorie) balance
  • maintain (or even increase) lean tissue
  • gradually reduce body fat percentage
  • avoid a significant reduction in basal metabolic rate
  • maintain a high percentage energy from carbohydate  – mainly from fruit and vegetables and a low percentage from fat
  • achieve an optimal intake of vitamins and minerals
I will show you how to implement the necessary steps to achieve this in the time frame you have.
